BNM Petroleum is a division of BNM Group. Verified legal entity and contact details are confirmed during each transaction. This is a conservative standard template; it must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel and aligned to the operating entity's jurisdiction before launch.

Commitment

BNM Petroleum is committed to conducting international trade in compliance with applicable laws, export/import controls, trade sanctions and anti-corruption standards.

Compliance programme

Counterparties are screened against applicable sanctions and watch lists; transactions are assessed against export controls and anti-money-laundering requirements; and appropriate due diligence is applied to new customers, suppliers and intermediaries.

Documentation

Trade is supported by complete, accurate documentation, including certificates of origin and quality where applicable. Mis-declaration of origin, specification or parties is prohibited.
